Binary Time Station — Workforce Management Platform

The Challenge

Businesses running shift-based teams — retail, hospitality, healthcare, construction — typically stitch together three or four separate tools to cover time tracking, scheduling, payroll, and leave, none of which talk to each other. "Buddy punching" (one employee clocking in for another) is a persistent source of payroll disputes, and managers running multiple sites have no single place to see who's actually on shift right now.

What We Built

Binary Time Station is our own in-house, multi-tenant SaaS product: a single platform covering the full employee lifecycle from clock-in to payroll export, deployed as a web dashboard, native iOS/Android apps, and a dedicated kiosk mode that turns any shared tablet into a staffed time station.

Why It Matters

Workforce management tools live or die on trust at the clock — if employees or managers don't trust the attendance data, every downstream payroll and scheduling decision is built on sand. Binary Time Station's kiosk and face-recognition layer exists specifically to make the attendance record itself tamper-resistant, while the scheduling, payroll, and leave modules sitting on the same data mean managers aren't reconciling numbers across four disconnected systems every pay period.
